Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook, born October 4 1979, is an American actress. She has starred with the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the television show Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) and is her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who both are stand-up comics and social worker. Part-Italian, she's also from Italian descent. Cook was first seen first in a public service advertisement for foster care at seven years old. She began her career as an infant model when she was 10, and appeared in national ads for Target and on Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
